Merlin, Mingliang Cao 曹明亮

曹明亮博士与香港理工大学纺织服装系获得博士学位，是数码服装（香港）有限公司的联合创始人和前首席执行官，曾担任广东虚拟现实产业研究院常务副院长。他是S-smart软件、e-Thermal平台和虚拟试穿实验室的核心开发成员之一。他还负责利用可计算设计仿真和数字实验室在教育和工业领域推广服装热功能设计，发表了32篇SCI/EI/CPCI论文。

Dr. Cao Ming-Liang is the deputy director of Guangdong Academy of Research on VR Industry. He is the former CEO and co-founder of Digital Clothing Ltd. He got his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Textiles and Clothing in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is one of the key development team members of the S-smart software, e-Thermal platform and digital wear trial laboratory. He is also in charge of the knowledge transformation of clothing thermal functional design by using computational design simulation and digital laboratory for both education and industry worldwide. He has published 32 SCI/EI/CPCI papers.
